I just love your Mother's Day card. The colors and patterns work so well together and the flowers are nice and vibrant. The triple matting on the thank you in your second card really makes it pop. Love the stripes with the flower/polka dot paper.
Your Sketch card is just beautiful, love the colors and the sentiment. Your card for last week's sketch is just as pretty. It could be used for guy or gal. Two lovely cards. Enjoy your week.
Great cards Nancy - the mother's day card is so pretty and I love the sentiment! Your take on last week's sketch is very clever and so much easier using striped dsp!
Your card is like a fresh breath of spring on this 85 degree day in Southern California. I am going to just look at it for awhile and pretend it is a nice cool, spring day here. Thank you for sharing. :)
Beautiful cards, Nancy! Such nice color combos, and I love how you stamped the flower on the patterned paper...great idea!

ReplyDeleteGreat color combos on both cards. It looks like you stamped the flower on patterned paper -- if you did -- great job. TFS
ReplyDeleteWow, Nancy! I love the iris in the first card. Did you stamp it or is it part of the patterned paper? In either case, gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I like to stamp over top of subtly patterned paper.
DeleteTwo awesome cards! Love the stamping on patterned paper on the first. Great color combos and layering. Tfs!

ReplyDeleteI like your Mother card. It's neat the way you stamped the flower. And that bubbly design paper in the background caught my eye!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are surviving this winter.... I say blah! These are some great designs. I just love that iris stamp!
