The mid-week throwdown challenge at Operation Write Home is our choice of top mid-week challenges from last year. I love, love, love making cards for kids. These are going in my box that I'm preparing to mail right now.
Here's my top ten cards from last year.
Have a great and productive New Year!
~Nancy F.
Your cards are awesome, you really do beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteErg, how can I message you, I am interested in a few things but also will be hosting a fundraising crop in the spring and would be happy to take any of the items.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, use my email at the bottom.
DeleteWhat a marvelous collection of cards! Your kid cards are great, but I was blown away by the bowler/glasses/mustache card. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteAny chance I could have the leaf and tree stamp set at the bottom of the page? I'd certainly be willing to reimburse for shipping.
Very nice selection of cards and so nice of you to have giveaways. Happy New Year! TFS.
ReplyDeleteI'm just laughing over that crazy little rat on the rat race card. great job on all your cards.
ReplyDeleteGreat group of cards. I love the glasses and mustache one. Did you use brads? I would love to have the animal stamp set, I would happily pay for it.

Happy New Year!
Thank you so much for the stamps and pretty papers. I took you up on your challenge to quit hoarding my favorite paper. See my post here: http://bobbistreasure.blogspot.com/2014/01/i-cut-up-my-favorite-piece-of-paper.html
DeleteThose are some fabulous cards you've shared today, and I always enjoy seeing what you're creating! I especially love the navy and rat race card! Every time I see that rat it cracks me up! LOL
ReplyDeleteNo thanks for the stamps - I just sorted out a whole tub of stamps that I no longer use and need to purge more! We should set up a swap club for others to enjoy all our stamps to get better mileage out of them huh? I couldn't even sell a single set at a garage sale in October, so I need to find a place to donate them!! Have a happy new year, and hopefully one day soon we can get together and stamp again!
what a great group of cards...I really like the first set. I am interested in some of your stamps..I will email you.
ReplyDeleteGreat Collection of cards. Have to agree the bowler hat is darling! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful cards you've made. I like making cards for kids, too. Thank you for sharing. April
ReplyDeleteA really great variety of cards- the rat race made me laugh out loud! The juggler is outstanding- love the stmaps, papers, layout-- everything!!! TFS!
ReplyDeleteYou've had a great 'creative' year Nancy! I can totally relate to both— crafting but not posting and life getting the the way, but I admire that you'd even take on the challenge in keeping up with all the OWH Challenges... I'm not even pretending I could attempt that! LOL Good luck and Best wishes for a happy, healthy, and creative 2014!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards, Nancy! You always inspire me to make more kid cards! I love that one with the hat, glasses and mustache. Too cool!
ReplyDeleteAwesome cards for our heroes to send home; by far my favorite is the last one with the brink embossed background / window.
ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness! That juggling clown card is brilliant! You are the best!!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Nancy! That is a great lineup of cards. I just love the cats w/ the sidecar! I'm with Carol... we need to have a stamp day!
ReplyDeleteWonderful group of cards! My favorites have to be the chicks/monkeys tumbling around. I love the joyful look of them. I did the same type of thing with penguins on some Christmas cards. That mustache card is so silly it made me smile!
ReplyDeleteGreat group of cards! Since my hubby was in the Navy...that one has to be my favorite...smile...
